How the pricing works
Whichever package suits your business, the price depends on just one thing: the number of transactions you process each month — not the features you use. Ten levels support businesses of every size, from those just getting started to those needing unlimited transactions.
As your bookings grow, moving to the next level is seamless: your setup stays exactly the same — only the monthly price and transaction limit change. Crossing your current level’s transaction ceiling doesn’t interrupt anything; you’re simply moved up to the next level, at its price.

Prices are per month, billed in advance, on a monthly rolling contract — first month free. A transaction is a completed booking or payment; non-transactional bookings don’t count. Card processing charges are separate.

Take online bookings, manage customers and report. One attendee per booking, standard sessions, and no per-booking card payment — customers pay offline or on a recurring subscription.
Pro
From £40 / month
Everything in Essentials, plus per-booking online payments, Rentals Manager, Supplier Access and multiple attendees per booking (no attendee details).
Premium
From £55 / month
Everything in Pro, plus Membership Manager, Onsite Check-in, Staff Manager and full per-attendee records — waivers, medical and emergency contact.
